Audio-Homeopathy

A simplified explanation of one of the main tenets of homeopathic medicine is that: though a homeopathic medicine, through a process of dilution, may have little or none of the original active ingredient remaining, it still retains its effect. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeopathy)

My quest is to integrate various energetic healing technics into what, by its nature, will be mostly an audio experience. One of the tools I’m developing to incorporate Geo- Energetics into my work is “Audio-Homeopathy.”

Through the use of high resolution audio recordings, using high-end microphones, hydrophones and geophones, my goal is to capture, as much as possible, the essence of highly Geo-Energetic locations. I also aim to incorporate the healing sonic and vibrational elements so highly regarded in the Vedic traditions. For example, it would be great to do live sessions on top of a Kilauea volcano in Hawaii or at Cathedral Rock in Sedona Arizona, that’s not always practical. By capturing the essence of these places through recordings, I am able to make this process more accessible and most importantly in the context of a recorded hypnosis program, repeatable.

This is why I’m calling my metaphor, so to speak, “Audio- Homeopathy.”

First fruits of the Port A trip

I’ve taken the Port Aransas audio and built a test track with some simple subliminal positive affirmations. This type of program would typically be played softly in the background while sleeping and would have content designed to support the goals of the hypnosis program it will eventually accompany. Even on this test track I’ve managed to place 28 tracks of spoken affirmations into the sound of the waves. The full track is 40 Min. long, I’ve uploaded a short sample.

Bad Blogger

Well I definitely need to improve my blogging habits; I’m way late in posting this. My trip to the gulf was successful…sort of. I was unable to get any of the underwater recordings I was after because the slope of the beach was so shallow I was unable to get sufficient depth without risking the equipment to the surf. I was able to get some nice surf recordings, the Gulf waves were coming so close together it made almost a white noise but with some interesting patterns.

Field trip

Today I’m prepping for the first field test of my new digital recording system. I tested the hydrophones in the pool and now I’m off to the Gulf Coast to try my hand at recording surf from above and below. Particularly for the Hypno-Energetic programs I’m planning on wild-crafting my own sound beds. I’ll be using a combination of microphones, hydrophones and geophones to try to truly capture the energy and essence of special locations around the world. Next trip on the books, one of the most geo-energetic places on earth, the Big Island of Hawaii.

What’s it all about?

Hello, my name is Wes Graham and I wanted to explain what this web site is going to be about. For now it is a bit of a placeholder as I complete my research and development.  I’m in the process of developing and producing a series of hypnosis and self-improvement recordings for home use.  I will be using both traditional hypnosis / hypnotherapy techniques and the more intense Hypno-Energetic method.  I’ve never been much of a “blogger” and I hope to use this space to develop my skills in that area and as a running diary of this project as it comes to fruition.
